The Cape of Good Hope (Afrikaans: Kaap die Goeie Hoop, Dutch: Kaap de Goede Hoop,  Portuguese: Cabo da Boa Esperança  is a rocky headland on the Atlantic coast of the Cape Peninsula, South Africa.

The Chacma baboon (Papio ursinus), also known as the Cape baboon, is, like all other baboons, from the Old World monkey family. It is one of the largest of all monkeys.

Chacma baboons live in proximity to humans and are sometimes killed as vermin.
